The panel never generates, holds or touches a private key. There is no seed phrase on our servers to steal, because the keys are not part of this system at all.
There is no automated hot wallet. Every withdrawal is reviewed and sent by a person, so no bug or stolen session can drain funds on its own.
Each deposit, withdrawal and correction is a separate ledger entry with who approved it and when. Your balance is the sum of those entries — nothing is edited in place.
The moment you request a withdrawal the amount is held against your balance, and two requests sent at the same instant cannot both go through.
