Terms of Service

1. Service

BYCRYPTO resells and activates subscriptions to third-party AI services. We are not affiliated with the providers of those services, and their own terms of use also apply to your use of the service.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in USD and are paid in cryptocurrency. An order is accepted once the full payment is confirmed on the blockchain and the transaction ID has been submitted.

3. Activation

We activate orders as soon as possible after payment confirmation, normally within 24 hours.

4. Warranty and refunds

Each plan is covered for its full period. If we cannot deliver an order, its full price is credited back to your BYCRYPTO wallet. After a successful activation we fix or replace the service instead of refunding.

5. Payments are final

Wallet top-ups and cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be refunded or returned to you — including transactions made by mistake (wrong amount, wrong address, wrong network or coin) or for any other reason. Wallet balance can be used for purchases on the site but cannot be withdrawn. Please check the amount, address and network carefully before sending a payment.

6. Acceptable use

You must use the services lawfully and in accordance with each provider's policies.

7. Auto-renew subscriptions

Auto-renewal with USDT on the Tron network is optional. If you choose it, you accept the Auto-Renew Agreement: the first payment is taken immediately, then one payment every period at the plan's current price — never above the cap per payment shown before you confirm — at most 36 payments in total. You can cancel at any time in your account, and no payment is ever collected before it is due.
